I approach my work with a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed perspective, actively supporting LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. My focus extends beyond symptoms or diagnoses to encompass individuals in their entirety—their environments, experiences, and communities. I’m passionate about equipping clients with practical tools and knowledge, creating a space where they can unburden themselves and feel truly seen, validated, and understood.
